Superman discovers his parents are still alive. He quickly decides to make Conduit believe they're dead and, continuing with his plan to give up being Superman, they travel to California where they all start a new life. Clark adopts the identity of Wayne Jordan. Lois has survived Conduit's attack and uses Lucy's car to reach the Colorado cabin where the Kents hid.
